Telangana anger stops Bezawada...!!!

 

Naga Chaitanya’s Bezawada is gearing up for release on October 21st and the shooting is being wrapped up at a feverish pace. There was intense controversy over the earlier title ‘Bezawada Rowdylu’, but even after the name change, the film’s troubles show no signs of ending any time soon.
A big college action episode was planned in the outskirts of Hyderabad yesterday, in a government college.Just when the shoot on Naga Chaitanya and others was beginning to roll, activists from the Telangana Rashtra Samithi and student unions landed in big numbers at the spot and disrupted the shoot. They said that the movie industry was playing with the lives of Telangana students by shooting during college hours.
The hapless producers had to cancel the shoot and vacate the premises for the day. They moved on to a nearby spot in the village and filmed a few short scenes before packing up. ‘Bezawada’ is being produced by Ram Gopal Varma and Kiran Koneru in the direction of Vivek.

Rajanna to release on October 13?

 

Nagarjuna's ambitious period film, Rajanna, in which he plays the role of a freedom fighter in the Telangana region, is moved to the second week of October. Directed by Vijayendra Prasad, and action scenes filmed by S S Rajamouli, Rajanna has Sneha as the heroine. Ten-year-old Annie plays one of the important roles in the movie. 

M M Keeravani scores the music. Veyyi Veyyi Debbaki Debba, song written by Suddala, is reportedly going to be highlight of the movie.

Samantha romancing NTR?

Young Tiger NTR and Sultry Siren Samantha worked together for ‘Brindavanam’ successfully. Now, industry talk is that this combination is about to repeat iself for NTR’s next movie in Sreenu Vytla’s direction. Sreenu was so impressed with Samantha’s performance in Dookudu that he narrated the story of NTR’s flick to her. A delighted Samantha immediately agreed, say filmnagar folks. While there is no official confirmation yet from the Producers, we can expect an announcement soon.
The movie will go to the sets one NTR wraps up Boyapati Sreenu’s movie. Thaman has been finalized as the music director and Guhan has been roped in for cinematography. This is the first time that NTR and Sreenu Vytla are going to work together.
Samantha is also working for Goutham Menon’s film opposite Ram and Jiva for the Telugu and Tamil versions respectively.

Will marry Nayanatara soon; Prabhudeva announces...!!!

To put an end to the speculations about his marriage, actor and director Prabhu Deva made an official statement today (September 9, 2011). He said that he'd marry his long-time girlfriend Nayanatara 'when the right comes'. 

"Too much has been written my marriage in the media. All I have to say is that, we will get married and the date will be announced to the world when the right time comes. Nayanthara stopped signing films when she was at the pinnacle of her career for our love and we wanted to get married with the blessings of our parents," he said in the statement.

Kajal hits back at FHM, says, “Those pics are morphed!”

The controversy surrounding FHM magazine’s covershoot of Kajal doesn’t seem to end anytime soon. A day after the FHM editor, Kabeer Sharma claimed that Kajal’s pics were not morphed and she did shoot for the magazine on 18th of August in Mumbai, Kajal has hit back saying that the pics are indeed morphed and she never posed topless for FHM.

Speaking to Times of India, Kajal clarified saying, “I did a lovely shoot and asked for the pictures to be sent to me for approval, only after which I had agreed to do an interview. But I was never sent the pictures, so I never gave an interview. I was wearing a black tube top for the cover shoot and it was morphed to look like I was topless. Plus, an interview that I never gave was published, that’s unethical!”

This controversy where both the parties have been accusing each other of lying is going out of control. While the magazine’s editor has stated that he would release untouched pictures for everyone to see, Kajal has been relentlessly denying that she bared it all for the magazine. With two huge projects, Mahesh Babu’s The Businessman and Suriya’s Maatran, this latest controversy has turned into a big headache for the actress who seems to be leaving no stone unturned to come clean. Lets see how FHM responds to the actress’ allegations now.

Kajal’s topless pic is REAL! FHM India clarifies...!!!

Kajal’s super hot photo shoot for FHM India is creating a furore across Andhra Pradesh.Kajal’s sister Nisha Agarwal alleged earlier that the topless photo published on FHM’s cover page was a morphed image. She said that her sister would never pose for such photographs.

But now, FHM India has refuted the allegations strongly and even threatened to release more of the RAW(unaltered) images from the photo shoot on the internet. The editor of FHM India posted this on the company’s website.

Furthermore we also have a model release form signed by Kajal herself. To say that the picture is morphed is an insult to both the brand FHM as well as the collective intelligence of you (her fans) as well as anyone with half an idea about how photoshop works. We don’t know what exactly made Kajal change her mind after the shoot…but if she did the magazine really can not be blamed.

Whether intentional or not, Kajal’s supposed ‘topless’ picture in FHM magazine is causing

intense controversy. On one hand, many people expressed surprise at the boldness of the picture and the picture became wildly popular. But a new twist came to light yesterday.

Kajal’s sister Nisha Agarwal has caused an uproar by saying that FHM morphed the topless picture of Kajal. “My sister is outraged at the basic lack of ethics displayed by FHM. She would never pose for such a picture. We will take legal action.”

If FHM really did morph the picture of Kajal, it is an incredibly foolish act for a magazine of such repute. On the other hand, if Kajal really did pose for the picture, FHM will not take this accusation lying down and they will fight back.

Let us see where this ‘topless’ saga goes.

We have all seen Vidya Balan sizzle in the promos of the highly awaited The Dirty Picture. The excitement only reaches fever pitch as another new picture of the actress emerges on the web.

Vidya will be seen playing southern siren Silk Smitha and will be seen with not one or two but three heroes — namely Naseeruddin Shan, Tusshar Kapoor and Emraan Hashmi.

Dirty or not, the movie surely has the audiences hooked.

1947 A Love Story : Arya and Amy Jackson played the lead roles in this period movie directed by A.L Vijay. The movie deals with the story of two lovers who are separated by the declaration of India's independence from the British. Amy Jackson is the daughter of the Governor of Madras and she falls in love with a local fisherman, a role played by Arya.Their love story causes a lot of anger and disgust and what follows next forms the story.
The story is revealed in intermittent flashback episodes by an old woman, an obvious take on James Cameron's titanic.
No. 5th position at the box office..
Arya and Amy Jackson are fantastic in their respective roles. Amy in particular looks gorgeous and dominates the film. Arya's comedy track and the scenes involving both Amy and Arya are a special highlight. A very authentic looking pre-independence Madras and some good screenplay add to the movie's appeal.
A wafer thin story line and absolutely no entertainment in the second half limit the movie's appeal.Even though its a period movie, not much in terms of appearance of political leaders or events that led to independence.

Money Money More Money : J.D.Chakravarthy has teamed up with Brahmanandam to revive the iconic 'Money' franchise with this offering Money Money More Money. The story revolves around the characters of Chakri and three other unemployed friends of his who decide to kidnap a girl to make some fast money. They get into the house of Khan Dada after the kidnap and take all the inmates hostage. A comedy drama unfolds as every person who makes a visit to the house is held hostage to prevent the kidnap story from leaking out till Chakri and gang get their money.
No. 4th position at the box office..
Khan Dada's cult following and the iconic success of the earlier movies in the 'Money' franchise guarantee good openings.Brahmaji comes up with a terrific performance. Some flashes of good comedy and special appearances by Nagababu, Shashank, Chakravarthy,Chandra Mohan etc keep the tempo going.
Very weak storyline and screenplay. Brahmanandam's character is wasted. This Khan Dada has no resemblance either in appearance or mannerisms to the original Khan Dada and this will upset the expectations of the audience. Weak comedy and some silly scenes spoil the experience and the movie is an insult to the original 'Money'.

Naaku O Loverundi Krishnudu and Rithika paired up for Naku oka Loverundi and the movie hit the screens as a Vinayaja Chavithi offering.A decent story and good comedy make the movie a decent watch. If not for the silly and stupid climax, this movie would have been a much better offering.
Krishnudu plays the role of a devout temple priest who falls in love with a modern and beautiful looking girl. Rithika happens to be that woman and Krishnudu becomes friends with her. When he expresses his love, Rithika is unable to accept it because of her past and some incidents that took place in her life. What those incidents are and why she is uncomfortable accepting Krishnudu's love is what the story is about.
No. 3rd position at the box office..
Krishnudu and Rithika turn in good performances. Rithika looks good on screen and makes a talented debut. Decent songs and a pretty good comedy track make the movie fun to watch in the second half.
A slow first half and a familiar story line limit the movie's appeal. A silly climax completely spoils the movie and leaves the audience feeling weird.

Kandireega : Rams latest film Kandireega has nothing new to offer in terms of its story. However, it's a well-packaged entertainer with a good screenplay and treatment. Santosh Srinivas debut film, as a director, pays homage to several films in the same genre, especially Ready, but thanks to Ram, Sonu Sood and Aksha's performance, the film ends up being a good entertainer. Thaman composed the music. The film opened with good numbers at box office and the long weekend further propelled its chances of a good run at box-office.
No. 2nd position at the box office..
Ram's energetic performance is a huge asset to the film. Along with him, Sonu Sood and Aksha steal the show, especially in the second half. Santosh Srinivas deserves a special mention for his tight screenplay and direction.The humour element in the film is well-maintained.
The first half of the film has way too many fights and the film itself is too long. Also, there are too many subplots and characters, although they do help in creating a comedy of errors. Some of the actors like Brahmanandam and Brahmaji are completely wasted in minor roles.

Bodyguard : Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor have taken the Box Office by storm this Eid with Bodyguard.The movie is the remake of a Malayalama Blockbuster with the same name. Director Siddique has done a fantastic job with the screenplay and the direction. A thorough entertainer for the whole family, Bodyguard also marks the return of Salman Khan to soft love stories,a genre that he excelled in during his early days.
Salman plays the role of a tough bodyguard who is assigned the duty of protecting Kareena Kapoor. A vexed Kareena feels suffocated and hatches a plot to throw her bodyguard off track. She taunts Salman through anonymous calls and claims to be his biggest fan. A love story that blossoms is hampered by unique twists and turns.
No. 1st position at the box office..
Terrific performances from Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor will keep the audience happy and engaged. The screen chemistry shared by these two talented artistes is top notch. A decent comedy track, good music and a soft love story all add to the movie's appeal.
some unrealistic action sequences and Salman's attempts to please the front benchers will make you wince. Once the twists and surprises are known,the story loses the fun factor and this hampers its appeal after the first watch.

Ram Charan goes all out to promote his Polo team...!!!

Days after buying the Hyderabad Polo team, actor Ram Charan Tej is going all out to promote the sport. After formally launching his team few days ago, his team started off with a bang in Hyderabad. Sharing this info, Charan tweeted, “Our Polo team won the first match yesterday and they are in the finals now. Both my polo teams won all the matches and are in finals. The funny part is BOTH have to play against each other – RC hprc-A v/s RC hprc-B. This is an (open) invitation to everyone. Please come to watch the final tomorrow which will be held at Hyderabad Polo Grounds (next to parade grounds) in Secunderabad at 2 pm.” Looks like Charan is leaving no stone unturned to promote his team and also doing his bit to popularize the sport.
