Dookudu First day collections...!!!
NIZAM::
Prince Mahesh Babu’s high voltage action and comedy entertainer Dookudu is taking the box office by storm. Collections are terrific and all earlier records are falling by the wayside. Dookudu collected around Rs 2 Crores on the opening day in Nizam areas and that is a new record for the Telugu Film Industry.
These figures come as a much needed boost for the industry at a time when morale is rather low. Dookudu has received a very positive feedback from all corners and the movie looks set to become one of the highest grossers in Prince Mahesh Babu’s career.
Brahmanandam’s scenes with Mahesh Babu have become the talk of the town and Sreenu Vytla has excelled at producing some truly fantastic comedy in the film. More collection records will be updated soon.
GODAVARI::
Prince Mahesh Babu’s Dookudu is continuing its record breaking spree all across the state. Opening day records in East and West Godavarai were shattered by the stupendous openings generated by Dookudu. The movie collected around Rs 43lakhs in East Godavari.
West Godavari, where the movie released in a record 23centers, showed collections of about Rs 44 lakhs. The movie has a clear run ahead in the holiday season with no major film releasing for almost two weeks. Industry experts predict that Dookudu might very well be the highest grosser in Prince Mahesh Babu’s career.
Dookudu breaks Magadheera Guntur record::
Prince Mahesh Babu’s Dookudu has shattered the Guntur district record for highest openings by a big margin. Dookudu collected about Rs 81 lakhs for the first day in Guntur district. The earlier record was held by Magadheera for 60 lakhs.
A strong pre release buzz for the movie coupled with Prince Mahesh Babu’s charming looks & Sreenu Vytla’s comedy have generated bumper openings for the movie. Dookudu is the most expensive film in Prince Mahesh Babu’s career and the movie is turning into a bumper bonanza for its producers and distributors.
Family crowds and youth are thronging the theaters in a big way. Dussehra holiday season has begun and it looks like Dookudu will do phenomenally well during this time. Brahmanandam and M.S.Narayana have turned in a stupendous performance for the movie.

Sri Rama Rajyam on November 10th...!!!
Yuvarathna Nandamuri Balakrishna and Legendary
Director Bapu have combined to create the magnum opus ‘Sri Rama
Rajyam’. The release date of this mythological masterpiece has been
finalized and the movie will be hitting the screens on November 10th.
Nayanatara
will be seen in the role of Seetha while Dr. ANR has essayed the role
of Valmiki. The music for the movie has been scored by maestro Ilayaraja
and the audio has received stupendous response from movie lovers and
casual listeners alike.
Yalamanchili Sai Baba has produced thus
film and the movie involves a lot of special effects and high technical
values. Film Nagar talk is that Balayya has excelled in the role of Lord
Sri Rama and the report is that the movie has come out rather well.

Sreenu Vytla has so far been known for comic family entertainers, but with Dookudu, he decided
to shift gears given the lackluster performance of his previous two outings. Keeping Mahesh's
image in mind, this time Sreenu concentrated on an action packed sentimental family entertainer with the relationship between father and son (Prakash Raj and Mahesh) forming the crux of the plot.
Sreenu, however, took care not to miss his usual comic entertainment with the likes of M S Narayana,
Dr. Brahmanandam and Mahesh contributing hugely to those elements. Also, after a long time, one will
see full fledged family episodes in a Mahesh film, ingredients that have been missing since Athadu.
Samantha, opposite Mahesh, will be a fresh combination and the teasers and print publicity material
already attest to a good pairing. Buzz is that Parvati Melton's retro item number will bring the audience
to their feet.
K.V. Guhan's photography is expected to be a highlight of the film. S. S. Thaman's tunes are already
popular and will increase in popularity as the audiences flock to the theaters. Vijay's stunts are another
highlight of the film. Kona Venkat's dialogues have already received ample publicity, but there is more
than has been revealed. Gopi Mohan's story has plenty of twists and surprises in store. Mahesh has been instrumental in supporting and encouraging the team
of Sreenu Vytla, Anil Sunkara, Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta, Kona
Venkat and Gopi Mohan in getting out of their comfort zone and
attempting a big canvas extravaganza.
Mahesh has already raised expectations sky high on Dookudu by tweeting that Sreenu Vytla has given him the best film in his career. The producers have also raised expectations by retaining distribution rights in major territories. Releasing on September 23 worldwide with the
highest number of prints for a Telugu movie and tremendous pre-release publicity not seen before for a Mahesh film, Dookudu is all set to take in record openings if the opening day word of mouth spreads positively across the state. Privately, Mahesh has been opining that after Dookudu, Sreenu Vytla can be referred to as "Super Director." September 23 will reveal whether Sreenu will rightfully earn that moniker.

Everything is cleared for grand release of
Dookudu
. The film releases on September 23rd
worldwide in record number of theaters. Confusion and rumors about the
film's release date prevailed throughout the day (Tuesday), as Censor
Board didn't clear the movie till 10 pm in the night. A few cuts are
suggested by the Board. Finally, when the movie was passed by the Board
with U/A certificate, producers and fans are relieved.
Dookudu will be released in more than 70 screens in Hyderabad. Even in Chennai city, the film is releasing in about 17 screens, highest ever screens for a Telugu movie in Chennai.
Meanwhile, Government of Andhra Pradesh is planning to announce the Dussera holidays from September 22nd and this would further help the movie in raking in big moolah in the opening week.
