Tamannah to replace Anushka in 'Rebel'?
It is already known that Anushka has walked out of Lawrence directed Rebel as differences cropped up between the director and her. Now, Tamannah is set to step in her place to act with the handsome actor Prabhas. This will be her first film with Prabhas. Tamannah is currently acting with NTR ( Oosaravelli ), Ram Charan (Rachcha) and Ram ( Endukante Premante ). With this film, Rebel , she will be busy till next year.

Ileana pairs up with Ravi Teja in 'Idiot 2'...!!!
Ravi Teja and Ileana are considered as hit pair after the stupendous success of Kick (2009). Now, they are teaming up together for third time. Ravi Teja will romance Ileana in director Puri Jagannadh's sequel to Idiot. Though Ileana has not officially signed on the dotted line yet, she has agreed to do the film. Idiot 2 will go to the sets in January 2012.

'Kanchana' Lakshmi Rai eyes on big hit...!!!
Lawrence directed Kanchana is a big hit. The film might end up collecting Rs 10 -12 Crores in Andhra Pradesh. More than Lawrence, the film's heroine Lakshmi Rai is celebrating its success with josh. As she is doing the main heroine role in Balakrishna's current film, being directed by Parachuri Murali, the success of Kanchana has put her in advantage. And now she eyes on a big hit to settle down comfortably in Telugu film industry. Earlier Lakshmi Rai acted in films like Kanchanamala Cable TV but she didn't get any recognition here. Vikram's "KARIKALAN" First Look
Vikram, after a stupendous hit in Nanna in Tamil, is busy acting in two films - Rajapattai and Karikalan.
Meanwhile, the first look of Karikalan is out. It is a period-film that is being shot in quick pace. It is directed by L I Kannan and has Zarine Khan, Salman Khan’s Veer heroine in the lead roles. It also has Pasupathy and Vimala Raman making a special appearance.
It said to be a period cum contemporary drama. It has music by Vijay Antony.
Karikalan has been shot in forest areas in Talakonm in Andhra Pradesh and is said to have awesome computer graphics and special effects.
Puri working very hard for Businessman...!!!
Puri Jagannath is working like a man possessed for Mahesh Babu’s “The Businessman”.The maverick director is extremely confident about the movie and he says he needs just 75 days for completing the film. The music sittings for the movie are now on in Bangkok and if Puri succeeds in making the movie in 75 days, it will be a record of sorts for Mahesh Babu.
The Businessman is being produced by R.R.Movie Makers and Kajal is the female lead. Hansika is playing an important role and Thaman is scoring the music for this movie. “Guns dont need agreements” is the logo of this movie.
Don 2's 3D avatar...!!!
Yes, you read it right! Badshah Shahrukh Khan's most awaited film 'Don 2' promises to have a high-end digital effect.
The overwhelming response to the first teaser of 'Don 2' has left the audience screaming for more. According to our reports, the makers of the film want to give the audiences a complete new experience with their favourite Don. And so they came up with the idea to present the film in 3D.
THE film is currently being converted to the 3D format. What's more, 'Don 2' will also be dubbed in Tamil and Telugu for release.
Explained producer Ritesh Sidhwani, 'There is a huge demand for the brand Don, also our audiences must be expecting much more and beyond just cinema from the sequel so hence a 3D format. We did a few 3D conversion tests on Don 1 and the conversion outcome was very very good. So while shooting Don 2, the 3D conversion was at the back of Farhan's mind in case we decided to go ahead with 3D format as it would make the Don experience even more memorable and exciting to watch for the audience. I was in LA recently and saw some 3D conversion tests and was blown by it. So decided to go ahead and convert Don2 into a 3D format'.
Written and directed by Farhan Akhtar, 'Don 2' hits cinemas this winter and is slated for release on 23rd December worldwide. The film is co-produced by Reliance Entertainment along with Farhan and Ritesh's banner Excel Entertainment.
After super-success 'Singham', Kajal eyes Bollywood big time...!!!
A Punjabi girl by origin who has been born and brought up in Mumbai and has been a star down South, Kajal is now very sure about making a further mark in Bollywood after doing 21 movies down South. For the pretty girl, another strong advantage (when compared to her counterparts from down South who are looking at making it big in Bollywood) lies in the fact that not just she comes with a very good acting experience, she also is well versed with Hindi which is her own language.
"See, I have been doing films down South for four years now and am quite happy and content with my work there. I have gone ahead in whichever direction life has taken me. At the end of the day, there is time and place for everything. When 'Singham' came calling, I felt it was just the right time for me to make a start," she says.
As for the language bit, she declares, "After all I have lived in Mumbai all my life and Hindi is my own language. It is way too easier to be speaking your own language. I am looking forward to my next Bollywood outing now."
Chiranjeevi's title goes to Balakrishna...!!!
Adhinayakudu was the title considered for Chiranjeevi's 150th movie in the direction of Vinayak before Chiru plunged into politics. As Chiru is busy with politics, the movie has been put aside. Now same title is being finalized for Balakrishna's film in the direction of Parachuri Murali. In the beginning, Mahadeva Naidu was considered as the title for this movie but now they reportedly choose this name - Adhinayakudu as it has mass appeal.
The film is currently being shot in Hyderabad. Lakshmi Rai is the main heroine in the movie while Jayasudha and Nadia are playing important roles in the film. It is aimed for Pongal 2012 release.

"We are extremely happy that music of Dookudu has caught the fancy of the youth and Mahesh Babu’s fans. Everyone is raving the music and it has become instant hit," said producer Anil Sunkara.
Speaking to reporters at a press meet held on August 22, 2011, he said that the movie is in the final stages of shoot and would hit the screens in September. "Taman has given us good numbers and like music, the movie is also shaping up well," he added.
Dookudu is being directed by Srinu Vytla and stars Samantha as heroine.
